I'm not an easy person to deal with.
I tend to require a lot of attention. Reba was excellent at constantly addressing my concerns or excitement at changes along the process. The best compliment I can give her is that she never tried to 'sell' me. If we walked into a house and she thought we could find better in the price range, she'd go right ahead and say it, but did so in a way that didn't put down the current property. She could find the good in any house we went to. Very straight forward. 3 months after the close, she called just to see how we're settling in and making sure we're still happy with the purchase. Wonderful.
